Copper

Context
Copper runs inside Google Workspace, which is why agencies and service businesses that already live in Gmail and Calendar use it to manage contacts and pipelines without leaving their inbox. That pipeline feeds Living Context, the engine that connects your AI customer agent to your business systems.
Because Copper ties contacts and deals directly to the Gmail threads and calendar events a team already has, your agent grounds a conversation in the same relationship history your account leads see in their inbox, across acquisition, retention, expansion, and support.
Buying, retention, and upsell signals the agent spots on your website and in your product route into Copper tagged for the account lead already running that relationship, so it shows up next to the emails and meetings they’re already tracking.
Key benefits
- Full context on every conversation: Your agent reads contact and pipeline data straight from Copper, so a client never has to repeat themselves to the account lead already working their relationship in Gmail.
- Signals reach the account lead, not an inbox nobody watches: Buying, retention, and upsell signals spotted on your website and in your product route into Copper tagged for the account lead already running that relationship.
How does it work?
Living Context reads contacts and pipeline stages from Copper to ground every conversation your agent has, the same records your team already sees inside Gmail. Signals it spots on your website and in your product route into Copper for the account lead running that relationship to act on.
