Put your Unless AI customer agent inside Telegram, the app many of your customers already have open.
This is a premium connector. See the pricing page for more information.

Context

Telegram is a fast, widely used messaging app with strong support for bots, built so a business can operate entirely inside the chat rather than linking customers out to a website. With Unless, your AI customer agent becomes one more bot in the same app your customers already have open - no link out, no download.

The same agent covers acquisition, retention, expansion, and support without customers noticing a change in tool: one bot, one history, one relationship. When the conversation outgrows what the bot should handle alone, it hands off to a person with full context.

Because Telegram already treats bots as a normal way to reach a business, that is where the agent’s work happens too: answering questions, catching buying, retention, and upsell signals for your team, and, where you allow it, acting immediately instead of waiting for a reply.

Key benefits

  • Already installed, already open: Your agent answers on Telegram the moment a customer messages, in whichever language they use, without asking them to go anywhere else.
  • Full history follows the handoff: When a person is needed, they pick up the same Telegram thread with everything the agent already learned.
  • Bot-native signals and actions: Because Telegram treats bots as first-class, the agent can act immediately on buying, retention, and upsell signals it spots, not just report them.

How does it work?

Unless deploys your AI customer agent as a Telegram bot, where it answers customer questions directly, spots signals it routes to your team, takes permissioned actions on the spot, and hands off to a person with full context when the conversation needs one.
