Context
Trello is a flexible kanban tool teams use to track tasks and requests on boards.
Plenty of teams run their whole support queue as a Trello board rather than a dedicated help desk, so Unless treats every card moved to done as a resolved case: it feeds Living Knowledge and keeps the agent current on what the board just settled. The Team Assistant works on top of Trello, answering questions directly from Living Knowledge and a search of related cards, and when a question needs a person, the agent opens a card on the board, or hands off by email.
Key benefits
- Closed cards become answers: Cards you move to done feed Living Knowledge, so the agent picks up the resolution without anyone writing a separate FAQ entry.
- Team Assistant on top of Trello: Your team answers cards inside Trello, drawing on Living Knowledge and related cards, without switching tools.
- Handoff stays on the board: When a person is needed, the agent opens a new card on the same Trello board, or hands off by email, always with full context.
How does it work?
Unless watches your Trello board and pulls cards moved to done into Living Knowledge, keeping the agent current on what’s just been resolved. The Team Assistant answers on top of Trello using that knowledge and a search of related cards, and opens a card on the board, or emails, when a person needs to take over.
Install instructions
