Context

Buildium runs the day-to-day of residential property management and community associations, holding the owner, tenant, and resident records a property manager works from. Those records feed Living Context, the engine that connects your AI customer agent to your business systems.

Because Buildium already knows which unit, lease, or association a person belongs to, your agent can tell a tenant mid-lease apart from a board member of a community association the moment they reach out, instead of asking who they are and where they live.

When a resident’s behavior on your website or in your portal signals an upcoming move-out or a lease renewal in the making, the agent routes that signal into Buildium tagged for the property manager responsible for that unit or association, so it doesn’t wait in a shared inbox until it’s too late to act.

How does it work?

Install instructions

Once at the Integrations tab of your Unless dashboard, you can select “Configure” for the Buildium integration. This will open a popup where you can connect your Buildium account and set up the integration.
