Blackbaud is the constituent relationship management platform nonprofits, schools, and healthcare organizations build their donor and supporter records on. Those records feed Living Context, the engine that connects your AI customer agent to your business systems.

Because Blackbaud already holds a constituent’s giving history and how they’ve engaged with your organization, your agent can recognize a lapsed donor or a first-time supporter the moment they start typing, instead of treating everyone as a stranger.

When a supporter’s behavior on your website or in your product signals renewed interest or a risk of lapsing, the agent routes that signal into Blackbaud tagged for the fundraiser or relationship manager already responsible for that constituent, so it doesn’t sit unseen in a general inbox.

How does it work?

Living Context reads Blackbaud constituent, donor, and supporter records to ground every conversation your agent has. Signals it spots on your website and in your product route into Blackbaud tagged for the fundraiser or relationship manager already handling that relationship.

Install instructions

Once at the Integrations tab of your Unless dashboard, you can select “Configure” for the Blackbaud integration. This will open a popup where you can connect your Blackbaud account and set up the integration.
