Granola
Version 1.0 · Last updated 2026-08-10
Context
Granola is an AI notetaker that turns your meetings into clean, structured notes. Connect it and those notes stop living only in a call recap - they become part of Living Knowledge, the engine that keeps your business knowledge current.
Decisions and action items that would otherwise sit buried in a meeting transcript become grounding data your agent can answer from directly, and the same notes publish to a public Help Center on autopilot.
Key benefits
- Better data quality: Unless ingests the exact content of your Granola notes, without the navigation and footer clutter a website import brings.
- Always current: When a meeting gets a follow-up note or a correction in Granola, Living Knowledge updates with it, so the agent never answers from a decision that has already changed.
How does it work?
Unless pulls your meeting notes from Granola into Living Knowledge, where they ground your AI customer agent and feed the public Help Center embedded in the agent.
Install instructions
Once at the Integrations tab of your Unless dashboard, you can select “Configure” for the Granola integration. This will open a popup where you can connect your Granola account and set up the integration.
